Transpatec® impresses with outstanding visibility and is almost invisible from both the inside and the outside. This means the appearance of your windows and doors remains unchanged while you enjoy reliable insect protection.

With an open area of over 80%, Transpatec® provides exceptionally high light and airflow transmission. At the same time, the individual mesh openings are finer than those of conventional standard meshes, further enhancing protection against insects.

The extremely thin threads significantly reduce the visible mesh area and ensure maximum light penetration – for bright rooms and a pleasant living atmosphere.

More air and noticeably improved ventilation

The Transpatec® insect protection mesh from NEHER provides up to 140% higher airflow compared to conventional standard meshes. This means that natural air exchange remains almost unrestricted even when insect screens are installed.

Thanks to the mesh’s special structure, air turbulence is specifically reduced. Especially in low wind conditions, this results in significantly better airflow than with classic insect meshes – ideal for consistently fresh and well-ventilated living spaces.

Environmentally friendly, easy to maintain & made in Germany

Transpatec® impresses with an innovative dirt-repellent coating that significantly reduces the adhesion of dust and fibre particles. This keeps the insect protection mesh cleaner for longer and makes it particularly easy to maintain.

This exceptional surface is created using a newly developed four-stage coating process. Both the thread and the coating are completely free from organic solvents, plasticisers and PVC. This makes Transpatec® an environmentally friendly and sustainable insect protection solution.

The entire manufacturing process – from the thread and weaving to the coating – takes place exclusively in Germany. As a result, Transpatec® stands for tested quality, short production routes and insect protection “Made in Germany”.

Patented mesh with an innovative weaving process

The structure of the Transpatec® insect protection mesh is based on a patented binding-thread weaving technique. In this process, the weft and warp threads lie flat on top of each other and are permanently fixed by a third binding thread that is just 0.06 mm thin and highly durable. This creates exceptionally high mesh strength and a very homogeneous structure already during the weaving process.

To further enhance stability, the resulting intermediate spaces are filled using a process developed specifically for Transpatec® and then sealed. As a result, all three threads are firmly and uniformly bonded at every intersection point – ensuring maximum durability and long-term dimensional stability.
